Hello, I’m Cecilia.
I’ve always believed that life is meant to be more than going through the motions. Each of us is created with unique gifts, passions, and purpose—and when we step into work and life that truly fits, everything clicks into place. That moment of clarity, when WHO you are meets WHAT you were made to do, is powerful.
As a Professional Coach, I guide individuals, teams, and small businesses to uncover their strengths, discover their God-given potential, and create lives and careers filled with meaning, impact, and joy. There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing someone grow in confidence, learn new skills, and realize that thriving is possible in every area of life.
Through my work as a consultant for Career Direct and iKnowMyDesign, the Network Leader for Africa for YES! Your Extraordinary Self, and a facilitator with the FLI Business Leadership School, I help people turn insight into action—finding their design, embracing their purpose, and building a future they are excited about.
Beyond my work, I find inspiration in nature, quality time with family, and transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.
